With all the time home he can impregnate Charlotte. Then he whispers to the baby “you’re here because I punched a man in the face”
You can’t for the entire duration of his contract but you can for up to a year I want to say if I remember correctly.
Sounds like an easy thing to take to trial.I wasn't sure of any precedent had been set tbh seems like a sketchy area
I mean you can’t let people pick fights every time they show up to work. At that point Andrade is in breach.Sounds like an easy thing to take to trial.
Not paying someone and prohibiting them from working elsewhere?
Question is…was he still getting paid? Suspending/Freezing someone isn’t the question…After looking it up Neville‘s contract was frozen for about 10 months before they decided to release him.
I can’t say without certainty, but I don’t believe he was paid. If I understand correctly freezing means it stops the obligations of the contract. Meaning when it unfreezes the time frozen isn’t counted towards the terms. If you wanted to pay them, you’d just pay them to sit at home during the same time period and have it count towards the terms.Question is…was he still getting paid? How long can you do that without paying them? You said you think it’s a year; I’m not really sure.
But if I’m mistaken, I’d still pay him to sit at home. You can’t set the precedent of starting fights to get let go of your deal.Question is…was he still getting paid? Suspending/Freezing someone isn’t the question…

If that’s the case, that’s super sketchyI can’t say without certainty, but I don’t believe he was paid. If I understand correctly freezing means it stops the obligations of the contract. I don’t remember where I saw it but I remember seeing a year was the cap, hence why they let Neville go instead of unfreeze his deal.
Contracts are there for a reason. You can’t just breach them without consequences. If that’s the case, that’s super sketchy
PAC’s was specifically because he was refusing to work.If that’s the case, that’s super sketchy
Another thing I was reading is WWE specifically has the language in their contract that says they can freeze them when they breach their deals so I’m not sure if AEW has the same language either. If that’s the case, that’s super sketchy
