well I am currently in Australia just like many other people on the forums. and I was going to go on a big holiday with my money for a few weeks soon.

And well America was on one of my lists to places to go, I am not sure as of yet unless one of you guys can convince me...

Can some of you "Americans" please fill me in what is there really to do besides the statue of liberty and is it worth going to ? Also where in america because I can't go everywhere in about a month's holiday. So if you could be specific it would be nice. thanks alot.

America is a tourist's dream now with the low value of the dollar. The short trip from Australia is California, where there's a bunch of places.

You have Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and a bunch of other places in Cali. LA has all the movie things, with Hollywood, and the rich life out there. San Francisco is a pretty nice city too, it's more of a place for lots of diversity, from Hispanics to Asians to Americans even to gays. Keep in mind that the two cities I just listed are long drives away. Haven't really been to San Diego, so I can't comment about that.

On the other side of America is New York, home to the capitol of the world. Me being a New Yorker, it's a really nice city if you know where you want to go. All the shopping, landmarks and diversity in Manhattan always brings lots of tourists. This is probably the city most known to everyone around the world.

There's 50 states in the US, if I can get at least some range to where you're going, I would give a better description and include more cities like Chicago, Orlando, St. Louis and Houston, but America is just too big to explain when I don't know where you're going. Hope I helped you a little bit.

If your going to New York, be prepared to meet quite a few assholes. I HIGHLY recommend visiting San Diego in California. People are great there, beautiful city and loads to do.

I would recommend philadelphia they have alot of things to see. I loved philly the first time i went. Of coarse you have to try there cheese steak but dont eat it to often you will get a heart attack lol.

America - A place for crime, love, politics, and all that other great shit.

Atlanta, the only place where all your dreams can come true, or you can get shot all on the same corner.

Best place to go is NY or Los Angeles (I live there!) LA has Hollywood. I've seen Ice Cube, and Usher filming a movie/video two different times right next to me. U could meet many people here.

Or go to Florida and go to Disney World, plus get in free at the iMPACT! Zone thats right next to Disney World! lol

theres fucking nothing to do in Cincinnati or northern kentucky besides watch our teams lose and buy drugs (at least in my area)

Come to the Middle East and enjoy the traditional dinners on the beaches and the camel rides. Relax out in the hot sun and enjoy looking at tall skyscrapers.

Dubai is perhaps one of the best cities situated in the middle east you can visit Wild Wadi, Dreamworld, The Ski, Desert Safari, Jumeirah Beach and so much more. It is one of the best cities, followed by Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha etc..
