Although if someone is asleep - not sure they should lose out on a pick.

Oh should add that. 8 hour for the first few rounds. If picks take to long I'll lower it to 4

I would leave it at 8 and we can shame people that take too long...but 8 is good to account for sleeping

They don't lose it. They'll just make it up when they are up again. Nobody loses picks unless they trade em away. I can always keep it at 8 though.
