I personally wouldn’t have blamed him if he swung on Punk, but for his career it was probably smart not to. But that’s just because I don’t feel like you should get in another mans face and pop off on him. I know not everyone agrees with me, but yeah. Punk definitely deserved a pop in the mouth.

nemeth was smart enough to not punch him but if he did get fired and has a good union/lawyer he could argue unfair dismissal since Punk didn't get fired
