6 years ago today AJ Styles made his WWE debut in the Royal Rumble.

Great run, I watched his Impact work a lot later than most but he really became one of the top guys in wrestling & got himself over huge. Then went and conquered Japan, and has now held world championships in WWE too. Guy is an incredible talent.

It's always fuckin amazing how he walked in to the Rumble and the crowd were just chanting his name well after he'd been eliminated too in his first appearance for WWE. He just has that it factor about him. Still many TNA matches of his I need to watch that I have not got around to yet.

Styles is one of the all times best for sure. He has improved a lot in WWE when it comes to promos and charisma, but he already was an amazing performer in the ring.

His triple threat match with Joe and Daniels for the X-Division Championship is one of my top 5 matches.
