I think it was a step in the right direction for the Divas' division, but overall that's about as far as I can take it. My concern now is whether the writers will keep it up and if they'll handle the division properly moving forward from that segment.
Sadly the promo didn't make me feel sorry for Kaitlyn at all. Instead it made me feel sorry for everyone else who has a vagina for having to be associated with that mess. :haha: How many women don't know how to fake cry? Apparently at least two, as witnessed on Raw with Stephanie and Kaitlyn's horrible acting abilities.
They still kept a bit of the "love" twist to it (which I don't care for) with AJ talking about Kaitlyn being unlovable, which to a degree makes me almost wonder if another "admirer" will pop up, not as a secret this time, to offer comfort and prove AJ wrong. (Surely not..... please not.) Regardless, the acting was so atrocious that it greatly diminished any enjoyment I may have gotten out of the segment otherwise. Add that to the fact that it followed a phenomenal DB / Rollins match, and it was just so anti-climatic and cringe-worthy. That should have happened earlier in the show, in my opinion.
I remain one of the forum's biggest AJ Lee haters, but I can agree that creative and writers had some good lines for AJ, and at times she even did pretty well delivering them. However, her acting was still lacking, and between that and Kaitlyn's REALLY bad acting, it was still hard for me to enjoy it. I'll just remain hopeful that it's a good indication of improvements in the Divas' division and see where they take it from here.
