Your announcers: Gordon Solie and Tazz

Live from FedExForum

Memphis, TN.

The show opens with a montage of the competitors scheduled to appear on tonight's show,

followed by a pyrotechnics display inside FedExForum and a quick fade to Solie and Tazz at

the broadcast table. As the fans at ringside wave homemade signs at the cameras, Solie and

Tazz reminisce about some of the great moments in Memphis wrestling history as a lead-in to

their preview of the evening's card. Just as Solie is about to discuss the main event, however,

he's interrupted mid-sentence by a visibly agitated Austin Idol, who charges up to the table

holding a wireless mike in one hand and a sheet of paper in the other; a closeup of the paper

shows it to be a list of the AGW world title tournament first round brackets.

IDOL: I want to know why the hell I wasn't picked to be in the AGW world heavyweight title

tournament!

TAZZ: (as camera switches back to long shot)Hey, Austin, get a grip! We're just the play-

by-play guys!

SOLIE: Mr. Idol, I should point out that we had nothing to do with the way the tournament

brackets were set up-- those were determined by the AGW Championship Committee....

IDOL: Then tell 'em to get their @$$ down here RIGHT NOW and give me a (bleep) answer

about why I'm not in the tournament when I should've been the (bleep) number one seed!

Idol then throws the mike down and storms off, leaving Solie and Tazz to try and collect their

wits before we go to the opening match.

BOMBSHELLS TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND BOUT

GAIL KIM VS. MADUSA MICELI

The former AWA and WWE women's champion goes on the attack right at the opening bell,

using her martial arts expertise to gain the upper hand over the TNA Knockout. As Kim tries

to stagger over to a neutral corner to clear her head, Madusa grabs her by the arm and whips

her into the ropes before knocking her flat with a short clothesline. Two elbow drops later Kim

is almost hearing alarm bells ringing in her head.....

SOLIE: Madusa Miceli just completely dominating Gail Kim in this match...

TAZZ:You ain't kiddin', Gordo! I've seen Gail in some tough matches before, but she's just

getting CLOBBERED by Madusa here!

SOLIE: Madusa hoists Kim up...and brings her down hard with a snap suplex!

TAZZ: “Snap” is right-- I think Gail broke at least three bones that time!

Moments later Madusa hits Kim with her signature bridging German suplex for the 1-2-3 and

clinches a berth in the Bombshell tournament quarterfinals against the winner of next week's

Trish Stratus-Lioness Asuka bout.

WINNER: Madusa Miceli by pinfall at 2:41.

The camera then follows Madusa out of the ring and back towards the locker room area. Just

before she disappears behind the curtain we see her glance toward the ringside row of seats,

where fellow Bombshells tournament contestant A.J. Lee is staring daggers at her.

SOLIE:Madusa obviously not happy to see A.J. Lee in attendance....

TAZZ: A.J. doesn't seem too fond of Madusa either!

Cut to a locker room shot of an intense-looking Bobby Roode warming up for his world title

tournament bout against Killer Kowalski later in the evening. We then fade back to the ring,

where Justin Roberts is waiting to introduce the next match.

ROBERTS: The following bout, set for one fall, is an AGW Fists of Steel title tournament first

round match!(“I Came To Play” starts blasting from the PA system) On his way to the ring,

accompanied by his personal assistant...from Cleveland, Oho and weighing in at 241 pounds,

the Miz!

SOLIE:The former WWE world, tag team, and Intercontinental champion looking fit and

primed for action as he gets set to take on WCW alumnus Konnan...the winner of this match

will have a date in the quarterfinals with the winner of next week's bout between Adam Cole

and “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff.

TAZZ: Miz looks great tonight!

SOLIE: Miz in excellent shape, no doubt about it...he'll need to be have a chance at getting

past the man he'll be taking on shortly....

ROBERTS(as music switches to “Psyko”): His opponent...from Mexico City, Mexico and

weighing 253 pounds, Konnan!

SOLIE:The former WCW U.S. and tag team champion trading some harsh words with Miz

and Miz's personal assistant as he steps into the ring-- there's the bell!

FISTS OF STEEL TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND BOUT

THE MIZ VS. KONNAN

At first it looks like even the presence of Miz's personal assistant at ringside isn't enough to

keep Konnan from pounding the stuffing out of Miz as the former WCW tag team champion

whales on him mercilessly for most of the first ten minutes of the match. Five times Konnan

gets a two-count from which only the timely appilcation of a foot on the bottom rope permits

the Miz to escape...

SOLIE: Konnan arguing with referee Gary DeRusha as Miz slowly gets back to his feet...

TAZZ: Konnan's not a happy camper, Gordo, I can guarantee you that!

SOLIE: No, it doesn't look like he's too pleased with the way things are going in this bout.

Konnan now going for an Irish whip....Miz reverses it and takes him down with a bone-jarring

clothesline!

TAZZ: I think Konnan might've lost a couple of teeth right there!

SOLIE: Miz appears to have the advantage for the moment-- there's a punishing elbow drop

by Miz to Konnan's sternum! Miz goes for the cover, but it proves to be a bit too early as the

former WCW United States champion kicks out at one! Konnan back on the attack and trying

to set Miz up for what looks like a German suplex...

TAZZ: If you get hit with that one it'll knock the wind out of your sails in a hurry!

SOLIE: Konnan hauling Miz up...and now he brings the former WWE heavyweight champion

and aspiring Hollywood star down hard on the canvas! Konnan making the cover....but Gary

DeRusha is distracted by Miz's personal assistant claiming Konnan has something illegal stuck

in his boot. Konnan getting up to argue the point with the assistant and DeRusha...

TAZZ: That could spell trouble for K-Dogg...

SOLIE: Miz back on his feet...Konnan is in serious trouble, though he doesn't realize it....

and Miz catches him flush on the spine with a dropkick! The former WCW U.S. champion is

toppled like a bowling pin!

TAZZ: And I think we know what's coming next!

SOLIE: Indeed-- Miz now setting Konnan up for the maneuver aptly dubbed the Skull-

Crushing Finale....and Konnan goes crashing down to the canvas! The cover...and the Miz

advances to the Fists of Steel title tournament quarterfinals!

ROBERTS(as camera shows Konnan sprawled flat on his back): Your winner, the Miz!

WINNER: The Miz by pinfall at 11:37.

Cut to Miz strutting out of the ring and back to the locker room as Tazz and Solie speculate

about who Miz's Fists of Steel quarterfinals opponent will be. We then fade to a locker room

shot of Brock Lesnar doing warm-ups in preparation for his main event showdown with Billy

Graham later in the evening.

SOLIE: There we see the man aptly nicknamed the Beast....Brock Lesnar, the reigning WWE

world heavyweight champion, who tonight will begin the drive to add the AGW world title to

his resume as he takes on Superstar Billy Graham in our main event. The winner of that bout

will move on to the AGW world title tournament quarterfinals to take on the winner of next

week's first round clash between Ron Simmons and Christopher Daniels...We're going to take

a short break right now, and when we come back you'll see Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd

square off against the Blackjacks in the opening bout of our tag team title tournament.

Fade to 20-second promo for the next episode of Rampage.

As we return from the commercial break we hear “Swiss Made” blasting at max volume over

the FedExForum PA system. The camera follows Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd into the ring

as Dave Penzer begins his pre-match introductions.

PENZER: The following tag team contest, set for one fall, is an AGW tag team championship

tournament first round match! Introducing first, at a total combined weight of 431 pounds...

Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd!

SOLIE: This is a truly formidable duo we're seeing in the ring right now....between Kidd's

fearless aerial tactics and Cesaro's jackhammer fists, Mulligan and Lanza will have their work

cut out for them.

TAZZ: I think the Blackjacks will pull this one out, Gordo, considering they've got Bobby “The

Brain” Heenan in their corner!

PENZER(as music switches to the main theme from “The Good, The Bad, And The

Ugly”): Their opponents...accompanied to the ring by Bobby “The Brain” Heenan, at a total

combined weight of 588 pounds, the Blackjacks!

SOLIE: Bobby Heenan trading unpleasant looks with Natalya Neidhart as the Blackjacks

step into the ring...it will be Mulligan starting off for the Blackjacks, while Antonio Cesaro

begins the action for the Cesaro-Kidd combo. There's the bell, and the AGW tag team title

tournament's first bout has officially commenced....

TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

BLACKJACK MULLIGAN AND BLACKJACK LANZA VS. ANTONIO CESARO AND TYSON KIDD

As you might expect given the duos involved, this bout is a slugfest right from the get-go.

Nor do the Brain or Natalya exactly stay above the fray; at least three times in the first 12

minutes the match nearly ends in a double disqualification. Right before Rampage goes to

its second commercial break Cesaro gets a near-fall on Blackjack Lanza only to have Lanza

kick out at two and a half; when we return from the break Mulligan is duking it out with an

enraged Tyson Kidd, and Kidd is giving as good as he gets...

SOLIE: Kidd and Mulligan basically trying to tear each other apart here...

TAZZ: You ain't kidding, Gordo! (As camera zooms in on Heenan berating the referee) The

Brain looks like he wants to take a swing at Kidd himself!

SOLIE: Mulligan with a knee to the gut of Tyson Kidd...and now he's preparing to apply his

signature clawhold submission maneuver on the Hart Dungeon graduate.

TAZZ: If he locks that in, Kidd's toast!

SOLIE: Mulligan starts to apply the claw-- Tyson Kidd blocks it! Mulligan going for the claw

a second time...and Kidd clobbers him with a DDT from out of nowhere! He races back to his

corner....and there's the tag to Cesaro! The former WWE United States champion is letting a

dazed Mulligan have it with both barrels!

One Cesaro Swing and a Neutralizer later, Cesaro gets the 1-2-3 on Mulligan to set up a date

in the tournament quarterfinals between the Cesaro-Kidd duo and the winner of next week's

first round match between the Outsiders and Adrian Adonis & Dick Murdock. The camera cuts

to a visibly irate Bobby “The Brain” Heenan kicking the side of the ring apron as a triumphant

Cesaro high-fives Kidd on their way back to the locker room..

WINNERS: Antonio Cesaro & Tyson Kidd with a pin by Cesaro on Blackjack Mulligan

at 13:38.

Fade to Solie and Tazz back at the broadcast table.

SOLIE:It has been an action-packed night so far, and we've still got more sensational bouts

to come! Later on you'll see Eric Young take on Nick Bockwinkel in the opening match of the

AGW world title tournament, TNA Knockout Taryn Terrell battle former AWA women's champ

Candy Devine in the next match of the first round of our Bombshells title tournament, former

TNA world champion Bobby Roode takes on Killer Kowalski in a Fists of Steel title tournament

first round match, the Revolution square off with the Nasty Boys in tag team title tournament

opening round action....

TAZZ: And don't forget our killer main event-- the Beast, Brock Lesnar, takes on the one and

only Superstar Billy Graham!

SOLIE: That should be a barnburner...right now, however, let's go to our broadcast partner

Tony Schiavone, who's standing by with Nick Bockwinkel.

To be continued....

AGW Rampage Premiere Part 2

We throw it over to Tony Schiavone and Nick Bockwinkel in the locker room area; Tony's

holding a wireless mike in one hand.

SCHIAVONE: Thanks, Gordon...with me right now is former AWA world champion and WWE

Hall of Famer Nick Bockwinkel, who tonight will be taking on former TNA champ Eric Young in

the kickoff to our AGW world title tournament. (Points mike to Bockwinkel) Nick, you'll have

your work cut out for you when you step into the ring to face Young just a few minutes from

now. Your thoughts?

BOCKWINKEL: Let's just say Young's not going to have the chance to sucker-punch me the

way he did Bobby Roode....if he tries to, he's going to regret it big-time.

SCHIAVONE: Nick, if you win tonight's bout against Eric Young your quarterfinals opponent

will likely be the winner of next week's first round match between Randy Orton and Antonio

Inoki--(Schiavone's question is abruptly cut off mid-sentence as Austin Idol comes out from

off-camera to blindside Bockwinkel)

TAZZ(off-camera): What the--?!!

SOLIE(off-camera): Austin Idol attacking Nick Bockwinkel while Bockwinkel was right in

the middle of an interview with Tony Schiavone...and now Bockwinkel's retaliating. If this is

any indication of what we can expect to see when Bockwinkel faces Eric Young, it might be

Young who's got his work cut out for him....(camera follows Idol sailing through the air as

Bockwinkel tosses him across the room) There goes Idol right into the locker room wall! (As

Idol collapses to the floor) And he's out like a light!

TAZZ(off-camera):Wow, I don't think Bockwinkel's been this angry since he lost the AWA

belt to Curt Hennig-- and that's sayin' something!

SOLIE(off-camera): Bockwinkel indeed looks fired up...and on that note let's go to Howard

Finkel for the introductions in our next match.

FINKEL(as camera follows Bockwinkel out of the locker room and on his way to the

ring area): The following bout, set for one fall, is an AGW world title tournament first round

match! Coming down the aisle, from St. Paul, Minnesota....weighing in at 268 pounds, former

AWA world heavyweight champion Nick Bockwinkel!

SOLIE: We can already see the welts rising on Bockwinkel's skin from his brawl with Austin

Idol just moments ago, but Bockwinkel either doesn't notice them or doesn't care...

TAZZ: Nope, he just wants to beat EY and then finish beating the living daylights out of Idol!

FINKEL(as “World Elite” starts blaring over the PA): His opponent....from Florence,

Ontario, Canada and weighing 227 pounds, former TNA world heavyweight champion Eric

Young!

SOLIE:Young sporting a maniacal grin on his face as he prepares to battle Bockwinkel...he

clearly thinks Bockwinkel's earlier confrontation with Austin Idol has softened the former AWA

heavyweight champion up for the kill...

TAZZ(chortling): Nick doesn't look all that soft to me-- something EY's liable to find out the

hard way!

AGW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

NICK BOCKWINKEL VS. ERIC YOUNG

Bockwinkel stands in the center of the ring all but daring Young to come after him, and the

former TNA world champion is only too happy to take him up on that dare. This is less of a

wrestling match than a barroom brawl; fists fly in all directions as Young and Bockwinkel do

their best(or is it worst?) to try to pound each other into oblivion, and at least twice during

the first fifteen minutes of this contest the match nearly ends in a double countout. Around

the eighteen-minute mark, though, Bockwinkel settles down and puts his technical arsenal

to work setting up Young for his famous Japanese sleeper hold. At 20:38 he applies the hold

on Young....

SOLIE: Bockwinkel's got the sleeper locked in tight on Eric Young...

TAZZ: Not lookin' good for Eric right now!

SOLIE: Definitely not, Tazz. If Bockwinkel can maintain the hold long enough he will win by

submission and advance to the quarterfinals to take on either Randy Orton or Antonio Inoki.

Referee Brian Hebner checks the arm once...it drops. Twice...it drops again.

TAZZ: If it drops a third time, EY's history!

SOLIE: Hebner checks on the arm a third time....and there's the bell! This match is officially

concluded!

WINNER: Nick Bockwinkel by submission at 20:43.

After releasing Young from the sleeper, Bockwinkel grabs a wireless mike to deliver a furious

tirade on Austin Idol, vowing to tear Idol to shreds the next time he tries to jump Bockwinkel.

He then throws the mike down and strides furiously back to the locker room, passing an EMT

who's coming up to the ring to help Young.

Fade to 30-second promo for the official AGW T-shirt.

When we come back from the commercial break, we see Killer Kowalski standing impatiently

outside the locker room waiting for AGW officials to assist a still somewhat dazed Austin Idol

in exiting the area.

SOLIE: We're back with more action on AGW Rampage...right now, you're seeing Bobby

Roode's scheduled opponent for tonight, Killer Kowalski, waiting to get into the locker room

so he can do his final preprations for the match with Roode. In the meantime, we'll send you

back to the ring as Christy Hemme introduces the contestants for our next matchup.

Cut to Christy Hemme in the center of the ring.

HEMME: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is a Bombshells title tournament first

round match. (As “Hot Mess” starts playing over the PA) Introducing first, from New Orleans,

Lousiana and weighing in at 132 pounds....Taryn Terrell!

SOLIE: The reigning TNA Knockouts champion looking to add another title to her collection

as she gets set to battle former AWA women's champion Candi Devine in the second match

of the first round of our Bombshells title tournament...

TAZZ: She's looking red hot tonight!

HEMME(as music switches to “Rock & Roll All Night”): Her opponent...from Nashville,

Tennessee and weighing 129 pounds, Candi Devine!

SOLIE(as camera follows Devine charging at Terrell):The former AWA women's champ

not wasting any time going after Taryn Terrell!

BOMBSHELLS TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

TARYN TERRELL VS. CANDI DEVINE

As happened with Nick Bockwinkel and Eric Young in the previous match, the current TNA

Knockouts champion and the former AWA women's champion try to tear each other apart

right from the opening bell. At one point near the 11-minute mark Tazz cracks that maybe

the bout should have been booked as an Extreme Rules match...

TAZZ(as Devine rams Terrell's head into a security railing): Ouch! One more shot like

that and Taryn's eyes are liable to pop out of her skull!

SOLIE: The former AWA women's champion is pulling out all the stops in her battle to get

to the next round of the Bombshells title tournament...the winner of this match will move on

to the quarterfinals to face the winner of next week's first round showdown between Mildred

Burke and Awesome Kong....Devine going for an Irish whip on Terrell outside the ring apron

while referee Chad Patton begins the ten-count...Terrell reverses it and Devine gets slammed

right into the steel steps!

TAZZ: See what I mean? This is classic Extreme Rules stuff right here!

SOLIE: Taryn Terrell scrambling to get back in the ring before Chad Patton's count reaches

ten...and she just makes it. Meanwhile, a dazed Candi Devine lies half on, half off the edge

of the ring apron....Terrell picks her up and administers a devastating German suplex on the

former AWA women's champion! The cover...and Devine just kicks out at two and a half....

TAZZ: I would have thought this would be a walk in the park for Candi Devine, but so far

Taryn Terrell's got the momentum going her way!

SOLIE:At the moment it's hard to dispute you on that point, Tazz...Terrell climbing to the

top rope to apply her signature diving crossbody finisher on Devine. She's going airborne on

Devi-- and Devine reverses it into a power bomb! There's the cover....and Candi Devine

puls victory from the jaws of defeat to advance to the AGW Bombshells title tournament

quarterfinals!

HEMME: Here is your winner, Candi Devine!

WINNER: Candi Devine by pinfall at 12:17.

The camera zooms in on a prone Taryn Terrell as Tazz and Solie recap the closing moments

of the Terrell-Devine match; we then cut back to the locker room area, where Superstar Billy

Graham is shadow-boxing under the watchful eye of the Grand Wizard.

Fade to commercial.

AGW Rampage Premiere Part 3(Finale)

When we come back from the commercial break we hear “Off The Chain” playing over the

FedEXForum PA as Gary Michael Cappetta does the pre-match introductions for the next bout.

CAPPETTA: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is a Fists of Steel title tournament

first round match! Introducing first....from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and weighing in at 242

pounds, Bobby Roode!

SOLIE:One of the most decorated competitors in TNA, Bobby Roode...a former TNA world

heavyweight champion and four-time TNA tag team champion....

TAZZ: Roode's lookin' jacked tonight!

SOLIE: Roode as intense as anyone's ever seen him as he heads to the ring to take on the

one and ony Killer Kowalski. The winner of this match will advance to the quarterfinals for a

clash with the winner of next week's first round bout between “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and

Pampero Firpo....

TAZZ: They're gonna need a riot squad for that one! (cackes)

CAPPETTA: His opponent...(music switches to “Saturday Night's All Right For Fighting”)From

Hamtramack, Michigan and weighin 298 pounds, Killer Kowalski!

SOLIE: Killer Kowalski, one of the most fearsome men ever to see foot in a wrestling ring....

but Bobby Roode is a not man who's easily intimidated.

TAZZ: And that's saying a lot considering he's faced guys like Samoa Joe and MVP!

SOLIE: Kowalski giving Roode a hard stare as they meet in the center of the ring, and Roode

isn't hesitating to return the stare as the bell rings to get this match started.

FISTS OF STEEL TITTLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

BOBBY ROODE VS. KILLER KOWALSKI

As you might expect, this match is a slow-paced one-- at first. At about the 13-minute mark,

however, the pace starts to quicken when Kowalski misses a clothesline and Roode capitalizes

on it by dropkicking him into the ropes; an infuriated Kowalski takes a swing at Roode only to

have Roode duck the blow and DDT him into the canvas. Roode promptly goes for the cover,

and it's only by a stroke of luck that Kowalski manages to kick out at two and a half...

TAZZ: That was a close call for the Killer!

SOLIE: Not the first one he's experienced, I'm sure...Bobby Roode expertly applying a side

headlock on Killer Kowalski....Kowalski's trying to get to the ropes in order to force Roode to

break the hold...

TAZZ: Kowalski's not the type to give up easy!

SOLIE: Roode with a belly-to-back suplex on Kowalski...one...two...and Kowalski kicks out

again!

TAZZ: Roode's not having much putting Kowalski away, Gordo...twice now he's tried to get

the pin on Killer, and both times he's kicked out. If Kowalski can keep this match going two

or three more minutes he'll have a perfect chance to apply his stomach claw on Rude...

SOLIE: The stomach claw unquestionably one of the most painful submission maneuvers in

pro wrestling, right alongside Ric Flair's figure four leglock and Alexander Rusev's Accolade.

Speaking of Ric Flair, the Nature Boy will make his AGW debut in next week's main event as

Rampage comes to you live from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta...

TAZZ: Gotta love the ATL...Whoa, nice clothesline by Kowalski!

SOLIE: Kowalski tries to hook the leg...and this time it's Roode's turn to kick out of the near-

fall...

Kowalsiki pummels Roode mercilessly and is about to apply his patented stomach claw at

the 20-minute mark when his old adversary Yukon Eric strides out from behind the curtain

and starts hurling insults at Killer. Distracted by Yukon Eric’s taunting, Kowalski doesn’t see

Roode struggling to his feet; by the time he turns his attention back to the ring, Kowalski’s

on the wrong end of Roode’s signature Payoff neckbreaker. Roode drills Kowalski right into

the canvas for the one-two-three and a spot in the quarterfinals to battle the winner of the

Steve Austin-Pampero Firpo match.

WINNER: Bobby Roode by pinfall at 20:17.

Cut to a split-screen shot showing the Nasty Boys and Jimmy Hart on the left and the

Revolution on the right as they gear up for their tag team title tournament first round

match.

SOLIE: We are just moments away from what is likely to be the most hard-fought

contest to date in the first round of the AGW tag team championship tournament...

the Nasty Boys will take on James Storm and Abyss, collectively known to TNA fans as

the Revolution. They’ll square off right after this.

Fade to commercial.

We come back from the break with a close-up of Jimmy Hart mouthing off to the camera

as Lillian Garcia goes into her pre-match introductions.

GARCIA: The following contest is an AGW tag team title tournament first round match set

for one fall!(As Nasty Boys’ original WWE entrance theme plays in the background) On their

way to the ring, accompanied by “Mouth Of The South” Jimmy Hart....at a combined weight

of 478 pounds, Brian Knobs and Jerry Sags, the Nasty Boys!

SOLIE: The former WWE tag team champions getting a less than cordial reception from the

Memphis crowd as they step into the ring...but their opponents aren’t likely to get much of

a warm welcome either.

TAZZ: That’s an understatement!

GARCIA: And their opponents....(music switches to “Cut You Down”)At a total combined

weight of 491 pounds, James Storm and Abyss, the Revolution!

SOLIE: The reigning TNA tag team champions being dared by Knobs and Sags to come

and get them, and Storm and Abyss are only too willing to oblige....(camera zooms in on

Storm clotheslining Knobs and Sags trading punches with Abyss as Jimmy Hart bolts out

of the ring like his jacket’s on fire)

TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

THE REVOLUTION VS. THE NASTY BOYS

The current TNA tag team champs attack the Nasties like rabid pit bulls as a shell-shocked

Jimmy Hart cowers near the timekeeper’s table, his megaphone silent for once. Storm and

Abyss toss Knobs out of the ring like he was a paper airplane and viciously double-team an

almost unconscious Sags...

TAZZ: Wow, I don’t think Knobs and Sags have taken a beating like this since Summerslam

91!

SOLIE: I have to agree with on that, Tazz....James Storm executes the Last Call...there’s

the cover...and the Revolution move on to the quarterfinals!

WINNERS: The Revolution with a pin by James Storm on Jerry Sags at 1:28.

SOLIE(as camera follows Storm out of the ring): James Storm and Abyss obviously

pleased with their performance tonight...only time will tell if they’ll feel the same way at

the end of their quarterfinal round match against the winners of next week’s bout pitting

the Dudley Boys against the Ascension. We’re going to take a short break...when we come

back, you’ll see our blockbuster main event.

Fade to 30-second spot for the next episode of Rampage.

As we return from the promo, we see the Grand Wizard and Superstar Billy Graham

strutting down the aisle to the tune of Edgar Winter’s “Frankenstein” while Howard

Finkel starts his introduction for the main event.

FINKEL: The following contest is our main event, an AGW world title tournament first

round match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, accompanied by the Grand Wizard,

from Paradise Valley, Arizona and weighing 277 pounds...Superstar Billy Graham!

TAZZ: One of a kind!

SOLIE: The former WWE world champion is certainly a unique individual...for that matter,

you can say the same about his manager....

TAZZ: Can’t wait to see what the Grand Wizard’s got up his sleeve!

FINKEL: His opponent...(music segues into “Here Comes The Pain”) Accompanied to the

ring by Paul Heyman, from Minneapolis, Minnesota and weighing in at 306 pounds, Brock

Lesnar!

TAZZ: They don't call him the Beast for nothin', Gordo!

SOLIE: Brock Lesnar truly a formidable competitor....a four-time WWE world champion and

also a highly skilled mixed martial arts gladiator...this should be a hard-fought clash between

him and Graham to say the least. (As camera zooms in on Brock and Graham engaging in a

staredown)Referee Nick Patrick admonishing Heyman and the Wizard to vacate the ring...and

the bell sounds to start what promises to be an intense match.

AGW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

BROCK LESNAR VS. SUPERSTAR BILLY GRAHAM

Solie isn't kidding; from the opening seconds of this bout the contestants go at each other

like mountain rims fighting for territory. Things aren't all that quiet on the outside of the ring

either, as Heyman and Wizard get in a Pier 6 brawl before the match is five minutes old; only

the intervention of arena security and Memphis police puts a stop to the confrontation, and

even then Heyman and Wizard have to be kept at a distance from each other as they're sent

back to the locker room area. Lesnar starts to exit the ring to come to Heyman's defense only

to have Superstar clobber him in the back and lock him in the same kind of bearhug that cost

Bob Backlund the WWE world championship...

TAZZ: Brock's a pretty big guy, but I don't know if he can take much more of what Superstar

Billy Graham's dishing out!

SOLIE: Brock Lesnar fighting to get out of that bearhug, which as Bob Backlund could attest

is a devastatingly effective submission hold...and Lesnar somehow lands a devastating punch

to the head of Billy Graham!

TAZZ: That could be the break he needs!

SOLIE: Another shot to the head by Lesnar....and Graham is forced to release the bearhug!

Now we have a kick to the gut by the Anomaly, and we could be just seconds away from the

end of this match....

TAZZ: Brought to you by the letter F and the number 5!

SOLIE: Lesnar setting Graham up for the F5-- and the former WWE world champion goes

crashing down to the canvas! Brock hooks the leg....and gets the victory. He will now move

on to the quarterfinals to take on either “Nature Boy” Ric Flair or current Ring of Honor world

champion Jay Briscoe. For my broadcast partner Tazz and everyone on the AGW broadcasting

team, this is Gordon Solie saying good night from Memphis!

WINNER: Brock Lesnar by pinfall at 10:41.

Before I post the beginning of AGW Rampage Episode 2, I should point out I seem to have made a mistake with the finale of Episode 1: Gordon Solie's last line at the end of show should have read:

He will now move

on to the quarterfinals to take on former WCW world champion Ron Simmons or current Ring

of Honor superstar Christopher Daniels. For my broadcast partner Tazz and everyone else on

the AGW broadcast team, this is Gordon Solie saying good night from Memphis!

Live from the Georgia Dome

Atlanta, Ga.

The show opens with a two-minute highlight reel of the biggest moments from the

premiere of Rampage. We then fade to a pyrotechnics display inside the Georgia Dome

before going to Tazz and Solie at the broadcast table.

SOLIE: Welcome, everyone, to the second edition of AGW Rampage, coming to you live

from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta! I'm Gordon Solie, and joining me again at ringside is my

broadcast partner Tazz...

TAZZ: Wow, this must feel like homecoming week for you, Gordo! You did some of your best

broadcast work right here in the ATL....

SOLIE: Yes, a great fond memories for me here in Atlanta...and speaking of memories, our

main event for tonight promises to be unforgettable as former WCW world champion and FSU

alumnus Ron Simmons battles Ring of Honor sensation Christopher Daniels with thewinner of

that contest meeting Brock Lesnar in our world title tournament quarterfinals....

TAZZ:My money's on Daniels!

SOLIE: Also on tonight's card: Trish Stratus battles Lioness Asuka and legendary women's

grappling pioneer Mildred Burke takes on TNA powerhouse Awesome Kong as our Bombshells

title tournament first round continues; Randy Orton will face Antonio Inoki with the winner of

that bout meeting Nick Bockwinkel in the quarterfinals of our world title tournament; Ring of

Honor's Adam Cole will take on “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff to determine who will face the

Miz in the quarterfinals of our Fists of Steel title tournament; “Stone Cold” Steve Austin is set

to go head-to-head with Pampero Firpo to decide who will have the honor of taking on Bobby

Roode in the Fists of Steel quarterfinals; the Outsiders will square off against Adrian Adonis &

Dick Murdoch for the right to face Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd in the quarterfinal round of

the AGW tag team title tournament; and the Dudley Boys will face the Ascension for the right

to challenge James Storm and Abyss-- a.k.a. the Revolution --who are coming off a hard-won

first round victory of their own last week against the Nasty Boys.

TAZZ: Hang on to your hats, folks, the action's just getting' started!

SOLIE: And with that, we go to Mel Philips for the introductions in our opening bout.

Fade to Mel Philips standing in the center of the ring.

PHILIPS: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is a Bombshells title tournament first

round match! (“Keys To The City” starts playing over the Georgia Dome PA)Coming down the

aisle...from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and weighing at 167 pounds, Trish Stratus!

TAZZ: I love me some Trish!

SOLIE: Trish Stratus, one of the most charismatic and successful athletes the WWE women's

division has ever produced...a seven-time WWE women's champion....she should prove to be

quite a handful for Lioness Asuka.

PHILIPS: Her opponent....(music switches to “Riot”) From Hasuda, Japan and weighing 174

pounds, Lioness Asuka!

SOLIE: Asuka, a two-time All-Japan women's champion, looking primed and ready for action

as she steps into the ring to battle Trish Stratus....and Stratus not wasting any time going on

the attack as the bell sounds to get this match underway!

BOMBSHELLS TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

TRISH STRATUS VS. LIONESS ASUKA

The Georgia Dome crowd can barely contain their excitement as Trish and Asuka duke it out

in a clash that blends speed, aerial maneuvers, and straight-up brawling. In the first six and a

half minutes of this contest alone we see at least four near-falls; near the eight-minute mark,

Asuka almost gets counted out when Trish backflips her over the top rope and onto the arena

floor. Not being one to give up easily, Asuka pulls herself back onto the ring apron and clocks

Stratus with a devastating Cesaro-style uppercut to Trish's jaw....

SOLIE: Trish Straus in another world right now thanks to that blow from Asuka...

TAZZ: Yeah, that was a really punishing shot she took from Lioness. I'm surprised that she

didn't-- Wow! Did you see that, Gordo?!

SOLIE: Indeed I did, Tazz...a devastating flying clothesline by Asuka on Trish. She goes for

the cover...and Stratus kicks out at two.

TAZZ: We're a long way from being done with this match, Gordo!

Tazz is definitely right about that: the match ends up running right into the first commercial

break and a long time past it before Trish finally puts Asuka away with the Stratusfaction to

secure the win. Next on the docket for the 7-time former WWE women's champion: a match

against Madusa Miceli in the Bombshells tournament quarterfinals.

WINNER: Trish Stratus by pinfall at 18:24.

Cut to Solie and Tazz back at the broadcast table.

SOLIE: Before we bring you our next match, a quick announcement: we had planned to go

to Tony Schiavone for an interview with Randy Orton about his upcoming match with Antonio

Inoki, but due to time constraints that will not be possible. Those of you wanting to watch the

interview can still see it online at AGWwrestling.com...

TAZZ(chortling): Randy might not be in much of a talking mood anyway!

SOLIE: And on that note, here's Gary Michael Cappetta with the introductions for our next

bout.

Fade to Gary Michael Cappetta in the center of the ring.

CAPPETTA:The following contest, set for one fall, is a Fists of Steel title tournament first

round match!(“Something For You” starts blasting over the PA)Introducing first...weighing

212 pounds and hailing from Panama City, Florida, Adam Cole!

SOLIE: The former Ring of Honor world heavyweight champion getting a less than cordial

reception from the Georgia Dome crowd. Clearly the fans haven't forgiven or forgotten his

betrayal of former tag team partner Kyle O'Reilly...

TAZZ:Hey, didn't I see O'Reilly in the back right before the show started?

SOLIE: O'Reilly and his current tag team partner Bobby Fish are slated to face the Fabulous

Freebirds in tag team title tournament first round action next week when Rampage comes to

you from Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore....

CAPPETTA(as music switches to Paul Orndorff's old WCW entrance theme): And his

opponent, accompanied to the ring by Bobby “The Brain” Heenan....from Tampa, Florida and

weighing 256 pounds, “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff!

SOLIE: Paul Orndorff eager to get down to business as he steps into the ring to face Adam

Cole, and Cole looks just as eager to confront Orndorff....there's the bell!

FISTS OF STEEL TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

Adam Cole vs. “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff

At first it looks like Mr. Wonderful's simply going to walk away with this bout, especially since

Bobby “The Brain” Heenan keeps interfering with Cole's attempts to pin Orndorff. Around the

12:30 mark, however, Cole seizes the advantage when Orndorff misses a clothesline attempt

and the former ROH world champion capitalizes on the mistake by nailing Mr. Wonderful with

a head scissors maneuver...

SOLIE: An ingenious move on Cole's part...this could be just the thing to change the course

of this bout.

TAZZ: Wow, nice legdrop by the former ROH champ!

SOLIE: Adam Cole showing some impressive offense right now...(camera cuts to Bobby “The

Brain” Heenan jawing at the referee) The Brain obviously irate at the way things are going for

him and his protege Paul Orndorff....

TAZZ: I haven't heard a manager yell like that in this town since the last time Bobby Cox got

ejected by an umpire!

Engrossed in his temper tantrum against referee Chad Patton, the Brain doesn't notice there's

a man in a red-and-black luchador mask working his way through the crowd; while both Brain

and Patton have their backs turned the masked man vaults the security railing, jumps on the

ring apron, and sucker-punches Cole. Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, Orndorff then

sets Cole up for his signature piledriver and drills the former Ring of Honor world champion to

get the three-count and set up a clash with the Miz in the quarterfinals.

WINNER: “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff by pinfall at 13:39.

SOLIE(as camera follows the masked man back into the crowd): Paul Orndorff secures

the victory with a somewhat controversial assist from the masked individual who we just saw

flee into the stands....

TAZZ: Say, Gordo, I just had a weird thought...you think maybe it was O'Reilly under that

mask?

SOLIE:It's not entiely impossible...as you yourself pointed out, O'Reilly was seen backstage

shortly before we went on the air, and the rift between O'Reilly and Cole is well-known to any

fan who follows ROH on a regular basis. In any case, the repercussions of this incident will no

doubt be felt throughout AGW for weeks to come. We're going to take a short break now, and

when we return you'll see the Outsiders take on Adrian Adonis and Dick Murdoch in the next

match of the first round of our AGW tag team title tournament.

Fade to 30-second promo for next episode of Rampage.

When we come back from the break, we see Adrian Adonis and Dick Murdoch strutting down

to the tune of Kiss' “New York Groove” as Pedro DeLuca starts the pre-match introductions.

DELUCA: The next match, scheduled for one fall, is an AGW tag team titie tournament first

round bout! Introducing first, at a total combined weight of 617 pounds, the team of Adrian

Adonis and Dick Murdoch!

SOLIE: The former WWE tag team champions seem utterly confident of victory as they come

to the ring to take on two of the NWO's original founders, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, AKA the

Outsiders, in the latest battle of the first round of our tag team title tournament...

TAZZ: There's such a thing as being overconfident, Gordo...if these guys don't take this bout

more seriously they could find themselves in major trouble against Hall and Nash!

SOLIE: Well put, Tazz...in addition to their size, the Outsiders also possess an incredible

level of deviousness and an understanding of ring strategy that has made them one of the

most formidable tag teams of all time....

DELUCA(as music switches to “Rockhouse”): And their opponents, accompanied to the

ring by Eric Bischoff...at a total combined weight of 594 pounds, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall,

the Outsiders!

SOLIE: Eric Bischoff, the main architect of the New World Order, joining Hall and Nash at

ringside for this occasion....the winner of this tag team match will advance to the quarterfinal

round of our tag team title tournament to take on Antonio Cesaro and Tyson Kidd...

TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

ADRIAN ADONIS & DICK MURDOCH VS. THE OUTSIDERS

Any semblance of order in this match goes out the window the second Scott Hall throws his

toothpick at Dick Murdoch; an enraged Murdoch retaliates by charging at Hall and unloading

on him unmercifully with a series of roundhouse rights while almost simultaneously Adrian

Adonis and Kevin Nash go tumbling over the top rope and onto the arena floor as they try to

pound the living daylights out of each other. While referee Charles Robinson tries desperately

to get things back under control, Eric Bischoff takes advantage of the chaos to sneak in a low

blow on Murdoch, who collapses like a punctured balloon....

SOLIE: Murdoch in obvious pain after that cheap shot by Bischoff...

TAZZ:You can't turn your back on that guy for a second!

SOLIE:Hall setting Dick Murdoch up for the Outsider Edge...and Murdoch crashes down to

the canvas! Hall hooks the leg-- and the Outsiders advance to the next round!

DELUCA(as camera shows Nash choke-slamming Adonis on the arena floor): Your

winners, the Outsiders!

SOLIE: Just a hunch, but I suspect we haven't heard the last of this confrontation between

the Outsiders and Adonis & Murdoch...(as camera cuts to Hall gloating over an unconscious

Murdoch) When we return the AGW world heavyweight title tournament resumes as Antonio

Inoki squares off with the Apex Predator, Randy Orton.

Fade to commercial.

AGW Rampage Episode 2 Part 2

Fade to commercial.

When we return from the commercial break we see “Stone Cold” Steve Austin in the locker

room area warming up for his match against Pampero Firpo.

SOLIE: Right there is one of the most outspoken men ever to set foot in the ring...”Stone

Cold” Steve will shortly take on the Wild Bull of the Pampas, Pampero Firpo, to decide who

will face Bobby Roode in the quarterfinals of the Fists of Steel title tournament. Right now,

however, we'll send you to Anthony Chimel for the introductions in our next bout.

Fade to Anthony Chimel in the center of the ring.

CHIMEL: The following contest, set for one fall, is an AGW world heavyweight championship

tournament first round match! (“Bombaye” starts playing over the Georgia Dome PA)Coming

down the aisle with Seth Rollins....from Tokyo, Japan and weighing in at 242 pounds, Antonio

Inoki!

TAZZ: What's Rollins doin' with Inoki?

SOLIE: Your guess is as good as mine, Tazz...we do know that Rollins has had some issues

of late with Randy Orton and it's possible Inoki may have recruited Rollins as backup....

CHIMEL(as music switches to “Voices In My Head”): His opponent, accompanied to the

ring by Tiger Jeet Singh....from St. Louis, Missouri and weighing 237 pounds, Randy Orton!

TAZZ: Looks like RKO read Inoki's mind!

AGW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

ANTONIO INOKI VS. RANDY ORTON

Inoki and Orton tear into each other like rabid pit bulls the second the bell rings; an equally

intense brawl erupts outside the ring as Tiger Jeet Singh anticipates Seth Rollins' attempt to

sucker-punch him. For the next twenty minutes, the Inoki-Orton bout and the Singh-Rollins

confrontation continue to rage in tandem with one another until Singh and Rollins disappear

behind the curtain covering the entrance to the locker room area, leaving Inoki and Orton to

fend for themselves....

SOLIE:Antonio Inoki now trying to set Randy Orton up for his patented bridging fallaway

slam....

TAZZ:If Inoki hits it, Orton's toast!

SOLIE: Inoki lifing Orton into the air for the slam-- Orton counters and hits Inoki with the

RKO! There's the cover....and Orton has just secured a spot in the quarterfinals against Nick

Bockwinkel!

WINNER: Randy Orton by pinfall at 21:19.

Camera zooms in on a dazed Inoki as Orton exits the ring.

SOLIE: Nick Bockwinkel will definitely have his work cut out for him when he takes on the

Apex Predator...but right now, let's go to Tony Schiavone, who's standing by with the Fallen

Angel, Chris Daniels!

Cut to Tony Schiavone standing beside Christopher Daniels.

SCHIAVONE: Thanks, Gordon...standing by with me right now is a former TNA tag team and

X Division champion who in tonight's main event will duke it out with former WCW world and

tag team champion Ron Simmons for the privilege of facing Brock Lesnar in the quarterfinals

of our world heavyweight title tournament....I'm referring, of course, to Christopher Daniels.

(Points wireless mike at Daniels) For weeks now, fans have been saying on social media that

you'll have your work cut out for you when you take on Simmons. Your response?

DANIELS: You've got that backwards, Schiavone-- it's Simmons who's got his work cut out

for him. I'll send him packing tonight, and then in the next round I'll take out Lesnar and his

Louie DePalma wannabe sidekick. And after that, it's just a matter of time until I'm crowned

the AGW world heavyweight champion.

SCHIAVONE: It might not be so easy....don't forget, the quarterfinals will also see Randy

Orton facing Nick Bockwinkel, and both men have been mentioned as possible obstacles to

your drive for the AGW world title.

DANIELS(rolling his eyes): You serious, Schiavone? Orton's so far past his prime that I'm

surprised El Torito hasn't beaten him by now. And Bockwinkel? He's a fossil. The AGW world

title is mine for the taking. (Walks off-camera)

SCHIAVONE(looking a bit puzzled): And on that note, let's send it back to the ring.

Fade to Mildred Burke walking towards the ring to the music of Glenn Miller's “Little Brown

Jug” as Mel Philips begins the pre-match introductions.

PHILIPS: The following contest, set for one fall, is a Bombshells title tournament first round

match! Introducing first, from Coffeyville, Kansas and weighing 122 pounds....Mildred Burke!

SOLIE: Mildred Burke, one of the original pioneers of women's wrestling, coming up to the

ring to face an undoubtedly formidable opponent in Awesome Kong....the winner of this bout

will meet former AWA women's champion Candi Devine in the Bombshells title tournament

quarterfinals....

TAZZ: I think you mean “survivor”, Gordo...Burke looks like she'll be giving up at least 150

pounds to Kong! This could end up being a squash match!

PHILIPS(as music segues into “Empire March”): Her opponent...hailing from Carson,

California and weighing in at 271 pounds, Awesome Kong!

SOLIE: In both the literal and figurative sense, Kong is one of the biggest competitors in the

ranks of the current generation in women's wrestling....as my broadcast partner Tazz has so

aptly pointed out, she represents one of the most formidable opponents who Burke has faced

to date....

BOMBSHELLS TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

MILDRED BURKE VS. AWESOME KONG

Tazz’s prediction proves to be right on the money; the bell barely even has time to finish

ringing to signal the start of the match before Kong plows Burke into the mat with a bone-

rattling clothesline. While Burke is trying to recover from that blow, Kong picks her up and

nails her with a power bomb hard enough to be felt in the stands. A three-count later, and

Kong is on her way to the quarterfinals to face Candi Devine.

WINNER: Awesome Kong by pinfall at 0:31.

Fade to Solie and Tazz at the broadcast booth.

SOLIE: More action still to come tonight as Rampage continues live from the Georgia Dome

in Atlanta....but right now I'd like to welcome a special guest to our broadcast table, three-

time NW world champion “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. (Rhodes walks on camera

and sits in an empty chair between Solie and Tazz) Thank you for joining us tonight, Dusty...

TAZZ: Always a good time when the Dream's in the house!

DUSTY: Thank you, Gordon and Tazz, it's great to be here...I've been lookin' forward to this

night ever since I got the invitation from AGW to come down here to the Georgia Dome...I've

got to say tonight's main event looks like a spectacular bout, a clash of the titans if you will...

TAZZ: Speaking of clashes, we've got a doozy coming up in our next match!

SOLIE: Indeed we do, so let's go to Mel Philips for the introductions.

Fade to Pampero Firpo charging down the aisle to the tune of “Wild Thing” as Mel Philips goes

into his prematch introductions.

PHILIPS: The following contest, scheduled for one fall, is a Fists of Steel title tournament

first round match! Coming down the aisle....from Buenos Aires, Argentina and weighin in at

267 pounds, Pampero Firpo!

TAZZ(as camera shows Firpo maniacally laughing in the ring): Wow, they don't call

this guy the Wild Bull of the Pampas for nothing!

DUSTY: Firpo is a fearsome son of a gun, no doubt about it...for Steve Austin it'll be like he's

gettin' in the ring with a rabid dog.

SOLIE: Steve Austin's hardly a shrinking violet himself...(music switches to “I Won't Do What
You Told Me”) As we're about to see!

PHILIPS(as massive pops erupt from crowd): His opponent...from Victoria, Texas and

weighing 258 pounds, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin!

SOLIE: The Georgia Dome crowd solidly behind Stone Cold-- and he wastes no time going on

the attack against Firpo!

FISTS OF STEEL TITLE TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUND MATCH

PAMPERO VS. “STONE COLD” STEVE AUSTIN

As you might expect, neither the Wild Bull of the Pampas nor the Texas Rattlesnake pull

any punches in this bout. They do, however, take quite a few; one of them, delivered by

Firpo on Austin near the 9:30 mark, is so brutal it nearly knocks one of Austin's teeth out.

This contest looks less like a wrestling match than a bar brawl, especially after Firpo grabs

a steel chair from ringside and tries to clobber Austin over the head with it. At around the

17-minute mark Firpo is trying to apply a sleeper hold on the former WWE champion, but

it doesn't quite come off as planned...

SOLIE: Pampero Firpo staggering after that elbow to the gut by Austin!

TAZZ: I'm surprised Firpo's eyes didn't pop out of his skull after that!

DUSTY: Steve Austin's pretty good at takin' blows, but he's even better at dishin' em out...I

don't much like Firpo's chances in this match...

SOLIE: Austin setting Firpo up for the Stone Cold Stunner...and Firpo is out like a light! The

cover....and Austin has a date with Bobby Roode in the quarterfinals!

WINNER: “Stone Cold” Steve Austin by pinfall at 18:04.

As a still somewhat dazed Firpo crawls out of the ring and starts staggering back to the locker

room, Austin grabs a wireless mic and issues a warning that anybody who tries to mess with

him on his quest for the Fists of Steel title can expect to get an @$$-kicking; he then cracks

open a beer to another ovation from the Georgia Dome crowd.

Fade to 20-second spot for the next episode of Rampage.
