Yeh this is how I’ve felt for a while now.

Okada is not losing the belt until the C2 at this point - Takeshita can win the C2 but ya it's way too late to take the belt off Okada plus I don't think that belt really needs to change hands. Was shocked it did in the first place tbh

Also International Title is a way better prize than the C2 . Much stronger lineage

btw I say this because it's a reset belt anyways. It's a fun gimmick I enjoy but ultimately I don't place much prestige into it when you didn't even win the tourney. which is why its hillarious a lazy heel like okada is holding it lol

I think he beats him in the c2 at some point. Mb bloc finals. But he will eventually beat Okada I'm sure. I also would like him to beat a more serious Okada. Heel vs heel is not optimal

I think this direction is better for the moment but I'll admit i thought he was facing Okada at this PPV for sure after the teases. I'm not mad tho bc I don't think there's any chance the teases aren't delivered on in the future (perhaps in the C2 like Jeff said). If they aren't then I'll be upset
