Not sure how I feel, I mean tbh I was kind of hoping for someone else. But, it's not the worse case either. Like, I'm just glad it wasn't Jack Perry lol.

I'll see where the story goes, and hopefully with Max's one true friend, or so he thought, turning on him, it's no possible way he's leaving. You can't just end like that with him gone. So, I will see how it plays out before I fully judge.​

also like i said in the chat cole's injury really hurt this storyline. I'm guessing if that was the plan all along they would have had a lot more of them going to dave and buster type shits and really played up that they were pals so it would be much more of a gut punch but it still got the job done.

Yeah that did hurt it. I would be alot more sad if we had these best friends for life going to do stuff and everything together moments, then yeah huge gut punch.

I am just glad they went with Cole, it just makes the most sense to me storyline wise. You don't always have to do something just to swerve people and even a predictable outcome can be the right one.

As I mentioned in the show thread, I need someone to offer MJF help, no idea who since I’m not sure if The Acclaimed who has in the past makes sense, since I believe they were mad at him or something like that. But I need someone to offer to help with the group, and him having the one person he ever considered a friend turn on him, he doesn’t accept it, because keep in mind he also trusted Joe, who was playing him, that on top of his best friend betraying him, he’s not gonna trust anyone ever again. It can either lead back to him turning heel, or eventually lead to him making an actual true friend, who doesn’t fuck him over. Then you can always turn him after that also, and just explain it as he got paranoid that they was going to betray him first.

The Devil storyline was probably a way to prolong the story while Adam Cole was healing. Sometimes a predictable choice is best for the storyline, even if it isn't the most exciting. I just hope there's a good follow-up and watching the reveal, I did feel for MJF. Great acting from him and the image of Adam sitting in the chair and holding up the mask, great.

I’m just glad he wasn’t faking the injury. Before anyone thinks I’m glad he’s hurt, let me explain lol.

it’s because I would have felt bad for DPW, and Chris Danger if his match with Cole was called off, because of a storyline injury. Like I feel like that would’ve been kind of shitty to do, so I’m like glad they didn’t get screwed over because of a story. But I still wish Adam never got hurt in the first place.
