There’s a strong chance it’s not. I can’t member the last time WWE actively use the trademark.

That being said, I doubt Tony wants to pick up old trademarks after the bash at the beach stuff.

They used Bash at the Beach so they’ve done it once and technically as I was typing this Wrestle Dream was a WWE live event, but I agree Tony is probably not looking to make a large habit of doing it especially considering Cody traded the bash trademark back and he had to change the name to beach break.
