Friday night's episode of AEW Rampage averaged 670,000 viewers on TNT, down 3.7 percent from the previous week. It's the lowest viewership the show has drawn in its brief five-week history.
In the 18-49 demo, Rampage drew a 0.27 rating, down 10 percent from the September 3 episode. It's also the lowest demo number Rampage has drawn. The show finished third on cable in 18-49 after topping the charts the previous three weeks.
U.S. Open tennis on ESPN and a college football game on ESPN2 were the two programs that finished ahead of Rampage in 18-49.
These numbers come on the heels of Dynamite doing its best ratings since its premiere episode in 2019. Last Wednesday's Dynamite was the post-All Out episode of the show and featured Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, and Ruby Soho's first Dynamite appearances.
Rampage is still doing far better than Dynamite had done in the same time slot when it aired there in late May and through most of June. Factoring out the CM Punk debut episode of Rampage, the show has declined in audience every week since premiering on August 13.
The chart below shows the viewership and 18-49 demo numbers Rampage has drawn since premiering. It also includes the Friday night Dynamite episodes for comparison purposes:
