That crowd was insane for the Dark taping the same night too, you could tell a crazy difference compared to usual

Basically because of WCW. WCW had an agreement with the UC from the mid 90s until they went under. Meanwhile WWE used the Rosemont during that time and has just never decided to run the UC since. I'm guessing the cost is another reason. It's probably double or triple the cost to run the UC. Maybe more.

Looks like the only WWE show in the United Center was a road to wrestlemania house show a couple years ago, other than that you gotta go back to WWF days lol
