The Friday, December 29 edition of AEW Rampage, the final episode of 2023, averaged 326,000 viewers on TNT. That's down 10.2 percent from the previous week and is the second-lowest audience total for the show since November 25.

WWE SmackDown on Fox, airing a Best of 2023 episode on the same night, averaged 1.355 million viewers. As would be expected, that's the lowest audience total the show has ever done on Fox.
SmackDown drew a 0.28 rating in the 18-49 demo. That's also a record low for SmackDown on Fox. SmackDown still topped all of network television in that category with most stations airing repeat programming.
