I disagree. A draw can be seen a respect for each other and showing that one isn't more dominate than the other.

If this was a regular show where you had control of both I’d agree or if you were leading to a rematch, but on a show that comes once a year that you charge people in the states $45-50 for, you need payoffs.

I would say done right the draw would have worked. That match just couldn't have been the main event, which would have been fine if Osprey/Kenny was in that slot.

That is what I have been implying a draw/tie done right can mean more than a outright victory, and sure if that was case don't have it main event. Even then though a draw main eventing isnt a bad thing. New Japan did with Okada and Omega

I think the main thing I disagree with necessarily isn’t even if a draw is fine because if the match had drawn I probably would’ve just been like oh OK. I just don’t think it’s preferable to Bryan winning because that was probably the biggest mark out moment of the night for me. And I think for a lot of other people as well. Nobody saw Okada tapping out on that night. And the man hasn’t tapped since 2015. That’s why that match and that show is going to be remembered for a while I feel.
