I'm not even sure I'd call 2019 Fyter Fest a PPV. It was free in the US and mainly existed as a way to build toward All Out when they didn't have a TV show yet.

One of those 2019 specials was on my birthday, I think Fight for the Fallen? Can't remember lol. But yeah what I just read about 2019 event said free on B/R live in North America, PPV everywhere else.
