AEW Full Gear: Saturday November 13th 2021 Live Discussion

The difference I guess is I don’t currently care about Kevin Owens. I can’t recall the last time I was excited to see him. Rusev always felt like he was just there ready to break out and WWE wouldn’t do anything with him.

WWE gave Owens a good push for a really long time and now he’s just kind of settled in. IDK I can’t explain it. That said, when he comes I feel like he’ll be the new Jon Moxley that everyone fawns over for being different and I probably won’t see it. It’ll be fun times for me, lol.

Miro was one of the first to jump it’s kind of two different things. Now it’s just a bit of piling it on. They don’t utilize everyone they have as it is. The product know is really fucking good I don’t know why people just want more and more. KO has been treated really well by the E not sure AEW would be a step up for him

Though, I’m not gonna say he’s different. I’m pretty sure he’s still gonna be some kind of mix between Bray Wyatt and The Fiend. I just think he’s got the tools to do more than he’s been given outside a few spots.

That said, yeah, you and EC probably would feel the same about him coming to AEW as I would KO.

I don't really think Kevin Steen would be "different" he's not playing a much different character than he was as Kevin Owens than he did before, just a bit more filtered. I'm just tired of him in the DQ main event trope hell lol

KO beat John Cena as NXT champ he’s a multitude champion and has been featured heavily all the time. And I love KO I just think he’d be lost in the shuffle at AEW. I also wish Bray would of stayed in the E tbh I’m not sure exactly where he’d fit in AEW unless he’s gonna be in the house of black but he’d have to be second fiddle

It’s mostly about KO, but I also think their top guys are almost max. Tony barely got them all on Full Gear and most were last minute matches added in the final week.

I think AEW can hire plenty more mids. People who don’t need to be seen as regularly, but I’m not sure you can add too many more people people expect to be pushed to the moon like an Andrade, Black, Punk, Bryan, Cole, Christian, Miro and I’m sure I’m missing someone in there.

I’m a bit worried about Lethal, but I don’t think he’s coming in to be a top guy.

It's not like Jon Moxley was a complete 180 of a character change from Dean Ambrose either lol I at least never said that, I think he's playing the same dude just with less cringe written for him. I don't think it's a stark enough change that someone who hated him in WWE would like him in AEW...but someone who liked him before WWE, but didn't like him in WWE would LOVE it, which is what happened

And I disagree that KO has been treated well by WWE. He's constantly put in main feuds but then loses every match in them lol

He should be multi time world champion n is their best mic worker by a country mile note named Paul Heyman. Steen is a stud n everyone who disagrees is simply wrong imo lol

Man that Cena win was a lifetime ago lol He hasn't won a world title since 2016 which was 1 year after that. He's had a few mid-card runs here and there but for most of this year he's just been hosting the fucking KO show until they just now remembered he can be a main event dude on Raw

If you see less of someone you like because there’s too many faces than need screen time I feel like that would be your problem too, but I can’t speak for you so I’ll say it’s my problem then. We only get 4 PPVs, I want all my faves on them. Just me I guess.

Same character with less cringe I can agree with.

A lot of other people pretty much say he’s completely different and that’s where I don’t get it.
