Rope breaks should technically stop pins and submissions from ending the matches but not be any sort of DQ for not breaking, it's always been fucked up in wrestling tho bc no one can remember those rules

Basically if pins have to take place on the ring, not anywhere then rope breaks can still stop finishes but no DQ is still no DQ

Yeah unless it's falls count anywhere, rope breaks normally should be there, just not be able to get a DQ from it if it's some sort of NO DQ
