Hope you enjoyed the show @Loochblade, even after the recency has worn off a bit, I think I'd rate it above Double or Nothing for the top show of AEW on the year.

I might lean towards Revolution for best matches

Revolution is pretty strong until the main event so I'd put it ahead as Omega/Takeshita, Fletcher/Ospreay, and Toni/Mariah are all MOTY candidates to me. Then All In has Hangman/Moxley, Omega/Okada, Storm/Mone, and Swerve/Ospreay vs. Bucks so to me both of those shows were better than FD overall.

I meant more overall for me. The highs were less high but for me personally there were no duds.

I wouldn't say I liked FD more than those two shows tho

This was definitely my feeling for the show and why I'd grade it higher. Not a single stinker, but more importantly no bland matches. It's literally picking the best toppings for Pizza at this point, there's no right answer and its all great

Ive just watched back FD and tbh it was one of those shows that was better live and I didn't enjoy it as much on second viewing

My motn was the Kyle Fletcher match - the crowd was dead to start with because everyone was worn out from the Edge Christian match but they got everyone involved. Loved it

That aside - AEW is so good at the moment and I'm loving it. Them doing the smaller arenas has been the difference maker imo - just makes the shows different and you get a better atmosphere

WWE = corporate slop

I do think when I get around to rewatching some matches will suffer on a rewatch especially the MJF vs Hangman match (mostly due to the closing stretch)

As bad as this will sound...I don't even remember the 3 count thing. It was just a crazy night and stuff passes you by - I thought it was a 2 with Page having his leg on the ropes and wasn't sure what was happening

But that was one of my favourite matches tbh

The Bucks Hanson entrance was my favourite moment of the ppv - such a throwback and nostalgia. Love the Bucks no matter how much the IWC hates them
