And it actually seems to get used there. I can't really recall a time someone won the title off DQ because they had someone attack them lol.

I remember Christian got one from Orton, but Orton got himself DQed there.

Yeah that's the part that definitely makes it stupid. like I think with Ricochet it be easier to prove however. I have a feeling the ref would just refuse to call it.
