Yea, but that was all part of the whole "Elite (and especially the Bucks) not wanting to help the other AEW guys against the Death Riders takeover" angle. So it could also still be part of that as well.

I guess when you have a good match that no one should want to follow, the best way to follow it is with a match that you know doesn't have a chance.

Watchable is the best way I can describe the tag title match. Not much too it. But I did MVP on commentary. He has such good rapport with the others.

I sort of feel bad for the AEW tag title match being sandwiched between two really good singles matches. I didn't have much invested in the Mercedes vs Hart match but still it was pretty enjoyable. Perhaps it was a good idea to get the tag match out of the way early.

And did really hear Nigel describe something as "Very amygdala driven"? If so, he obviously means fear driven, but that is even a more obscure reference than Gorilla Monsoon talking about the external occipital protuberance.

Congrats to mercedes on her win. Don't think when should be winning the tournament though. Hopefully Jamie does but think we'll see some kind of pivot happening.

Just Skipped to RatedFTR v Death Riders end of match . Knew FTR would turn heel but with Bucks back who's faces as the two top tag team's are heels and Hurt Business are faces that's it. Very strange booking

I'm hoping Athena wins it. Athena getting (and maybe winning) an AEW Women's World Championship shot at All In, would be an awesome early birthday present.

Kinda feels like to me that it'll be Athena or Mercedes winning the tournament and whichever loses it will be the other for the TBS title in between DoN and All In. So like if Mercedes wins to challenge Toni, Athena gets a win back for the belt afterwards. If Athena wins and gets the shot, Mercedes can retain. Then the 3rd match is set up on the future with one as AEW world champ

Pretty good trios match too, even if the betrayal at the end was pretty much telegraphed... including making it look like FTR wouldn't be together on it and then they were. But fun to watch nonetheless

Athena probably to lose the ROH Women's World Championship in there somewhere as well. Probably at Death Before Dishonor? Maybe by Mercedes costing her.
