I've been burned by this before tbf tho, I don't think it's a bad strategy but I think Tony tests the waters with those promos and doesn't always have a plan to go with it if the hype isn't there

WWE does similar stuff and then they come back to it months later sometimes when they need a different thing and it feels like long term booking, I'd say that's HHHs best quality so def copy it if you can
