I’m not a manager at mine but it does seem a bit difficult of a job. I don’t always agree with the decisions managers make here but I get that they may not like it and they’re being instructed by someone higher up than them.

It is funny to watch my managers kind of freak out when they know our district manager is coming in for a visit though.
