I've got that one. I also have the second WWE-produced DVD on Flair which has some more rarities from the 80's followed by the Steamboat match from Spring Stampede 1994, Steel Cage Match with Triple H from Taboo Tuesday, and his retirement match against HBK.

Um I was a hulkamaniac until I saw that 1992 Rumble. I became a Flair fanatic after that match

WWE put out a one-disc Bobby Heenan DVD and it included that match. My favorite Heenan moment from that match was when Roddy Piper helped Flair and Heenan said "It's not a skirt, it's a kilt" then Piper turned on Flair and Heenan called him a "skirt wearing freak"
