not sure myself, you probably have to buy the game straight up still so to me it's perfectly legal but some people think modding is morally wrong for some reason. I would only say so if they're profiting off mods from another person's game

Actually installing and using mods I'm not well versed at, every time I've attempted I usually end up getting it after hours of trial and error and I've never tried with 2K24 or anything in general lol
