Although I think his original finish name, the paradigm shift would’ve been an even better group name, especially considering what his stated goals are but I’ll still take death riders.

Ironically, as the person that usually is more critical of the main event scene in AEW and is especially vocal about his criticisms of the overuse of Jon Moxley, I’m probably one of the only people on the Internet that doesn’t seem to hate what they’re doing with the death riders right now, maybe that’ll change as we progress further into this, but I’m fine with this angle and as I said during wrestle dream I’m actually enjoying Mox’s current look and presentation especially.

My only real nitpick is they were already doing this with the elite as I’ve commented on basically every week since this started. Elite came in strong claiming that they didn’t like the direction of AEW and they were taking back the power as EVPs and they attacked Tony Khan and then as soon as Danielson won the AEW championship and Moxley returned Elite were basically pushed into the background, barely doing anything in their story and then once Mox started stating he wanted to do the exact same thing elite were already doing the elite basically backed off and let the death riders do it instead and last week they rushed out of the arena after tearing up papers or something, which I assume is writing off the young bucks for a while it’s like they just got bored with the elite doing this angle and thought Moxley would do it better. Which is just kind of weird.

You know, I’d probably prefer we had Claudio and Pac as a tag team instead of Wheeler on as a trio.

Which could’ve been money if they had Claudio and Pac defeat the Young Buck for the tag titles on pay-per-view instead of just having the young bucks written off TV haphazardly.

I’d rather them pay off an unpopular angle then do what they just did with the elite and just let it fizzle for no reason.

And I’ll be honest I’m enjoying both the death riders and the current MJF and UK stuff.

Yeah I’m sure some people got bored of it since it’s been two years but I’m actually really enjoying the spin that they’re having now with Adam Cole using MJF‘s recent and past heel turns to justify why he was the good guy in the story the entire time and I think it’s working.

I know that they’re your favorites, so I didn’t wanna be too harsh about it but pretty much. Not only did they just give up and insert Moxley into their previous roles but young bucks have been basically just there for the past at least two months of the rewatch I’ve been watching and I couldn’t even tell you what they did in it other than dropping their titles to private party literally just last week. And even that moment didn’t hit me the way that they were trying to make it feel because outside of private party on their own trying to add their five-year journey to the story there wasn’t much build from the Young Buck side to that loss.

Perry is still doing some stuff, but outside of the elite angle. Like on his own with Garcia. And Okada is just having great matches, but no real story.

I know it's imperfect but again rather them do a quick wrap up angle than ignore stuff. When Kenny came back he addressed everything he could , he didn't just ignore past events.

Sometimes I think it's also ok for heel runs to be boring for a bit, especially when all in is so far n ur next face ace is busy.

I also never bought in to the Darby thing that ppl are obsessing on . Nor do I need them to rush Kenny. He's got like 4 stories to wrap up b4 he needs to worry about Moxley

I've been critical of their buy in levels for a while, pun intended . I've said before it still feels like they are going through the motions of characters but have lost their passion . I never ever feel that way about Kenny hangman or Cody

I’m almost positive that they’re gonna blow off the MJF stuff before I finish with my rewatch, but I’d be perfectly fine if they added Wardlow in because I don’t think he’s really a member of the UK anymore and have him stay heel since he wasn’t here for the baby face turns and have him pair back up with MJF because that was when Wardlow was at his best.

And that I think would help further it a little bit but I’m sure that they’re just going to kill it off at world’s end and be done with it, but I’ll be fine with it continuing for one more month with Wardlow in the mix.

My guess is they’re either gonna do a triple threat at full gear because they’ll tie or they’ll let Roddy get the win first booking logically you want to save the Adam one for further down the road.

Perry I'm guessing is hurt or on vacation since losing the belt. Mb just waiting for Kenny to wrap up callis feud . Okada now getting more stories that he's not attached to bucks.

Bucks needs to find their passion n reinvent themselves. They can do it. But they need that fire back

Worlds End also makes the most logical sense for the Adam Cole match since that was when the devil stuff started.
