I have never been a huge fan of wrestlers intimidating commentators angles. The only time it was ever done right, in my view, was on Nitro when the NWO would always try to intimidate Tony and Bobby Heenan but always did it when Larry Zybszko was away. Of course, Larry got sick of it and began coming to their aid.
Tony, now, has two former wrestlers at the desk with him and neither of them stood up for him? Hell, even JBL stood up for Jerry Lawler against the entire Wyatt Family. The idea being, if you let wrestlers intimidate your fellow commentators, it kind of makes you look like a wuss.
