Why would they lift it for Swerve when it’s gonna be beating the shit out of the refs? Not sure that would sit well with the refs.

Historically, speaking wrestling companies have often not given a shit about the safety of the refs if we’re being honest. You would suspend swerve hangman until dynasty. Then you put him in some kind of cage where he can’t attack any new refs, and then they theoretically suspend him again.

Otherwise, realistically, as far as like the way, wrestling angles go, there, wouldn’t be anything stopping hangman from just running through the crowd at dynasty and costing swerve again.
