How did you know Mitch was faking his PR?

I figured if his PR was real he woulda gotten warned by now which is something he woulda either told us or which would have made him concentrate on actually doing his PR. Neither of these things happened so I was pretty certain the PR was fake. The issue is he's faked a PR as town before so this doesn't necessarily make him scum.
