Can’t remember if it’s been mentioned (if so I’m sure it was @Canadian Dragon who did) but Matt Hardy made a comment(maybe sort of meant as a joke??) that maybe TK bought out Jeff’s contract? Would explain the forbidden door thing in away since he would still not technically be a free agent yet.

I've seen some people bringing up Jay White as a possibility, I'd go NUTS if it was him. Like probably stand up kind of hyped. He's one of my favourite NJPW guys.

Yeah that’s the only thing that makes me think it won’t happen, is that WWE would not go for it, but you TK would do it if WWE would be for it lol

Yeah I think Jay White is still contacted to NJPW so he would fit the forbidden door thing, he's booked on upcoming strong shows at least and could very well be about to leave afterwards

I don't think Jeff woulda waived the 90 days either but I'm still not sure that's a thing since like Andrade and maybe Kendrick last week are the only ones that did it so maybe they just had permission

Either way with how everyone thought Jeff had failed a drug test, I'd have taken the 90 days pay if I was him just until that situation was cleared up
