But when our store manager was out with COVID, I worked 7am to 9pm working doubles and I wasn't getting a break. No one to give it. Just stuck running the store by myself for a couple of weeks

Of course when I was salaried, working at Borders, I technically didn't get a lunch or break at all. But I also didn't clock in or out, so I could eat whenever I wanted

Yeah when you're salaried that's normal. But I'm hourly. That's why they "encourage" us to sign a meal waiver.

Which I actually got my breaks most of the time when I was salaried with Wally

I make a lot less money, get a lot less breaks, and deal with a lot more bullshit

Maybe I'll set up a live chat for the AEW PPV this weekend right after the show... so it'll work as an advertisement and get more people to chat this weekend.
