I really think everything MJF does, he knows what he's doing and trying to only get heat. So if he's getting cheered he's going to just go the other way with stuff. You might think you just want to turn the channel or whatever, but really you don't. Not only that, but the crowd doesn't leave at that point, they instead turn on him.

nah i wanted to change the channel and my wife who usually likes his stuff just walked out of the room. hes nnot working me, its just bad content

dont worry im not suddenly turning on mjf or think he suddenly sucks, just dont find this particular act or segment entertaining or good television. as chris said, the not putting Takeshita over was poor. it felt a lot like he was there to put himself over and not the feud, he's done a lot better in the past and told better stories. mama and dick jokes (from bryan too, btw) are just not what im generally looking for in a main event program

TBF, I think we were spoiled with the Punk/MJF feud. Punk and MJF couldn't be more opposite from each other in EVERYTHING. It lent to great stuff and not only that but both are superb talkers. I think it's just a little harder to do any of that when you're going up against Bryan and it's not a feud that will produce "top 5" matches.

I didn’t really care for either segment tbh but I feel like the Starks/JAS segment was more rough to watch imo, at least the celebrity roasting by MJF was good and got a laugh from me.

yeah tbh if it was short and sweet i prob would not have cared. getting heat by delaying a match everyone wants is kind of risky and I just dont think it accomplished anything. the lenght made me the most mad because the crowd was DEAD after he left and they had to work hard to get back into it. if that wasnt take and danielson, they might have gotten a completly cold crowd for an entire match. thats no bueno

I kind of disagree here, the matches should be better than the Punk matches...Punk was great but I mean Danielson is better than Punk at literally everything in the ring
