I think unless you were just friends with Cody, most people woulda been happy/excited to see him try WWE again bc you'd have to be blind to not see it was just gonna get more and more awkward with him and the fans

Just depends on if they have the mindset of better for all vs "winning the war" I guess there tho, probs different for everyone backstage. And if they legit were close with Cody then different feelings involved top
