AEW Dynamite, which aired on Friday at 10 p.m. Eastern time, averaged 551,000 viewers on TNT. That's up 13.1 percent from the previous week and is the best viewership number the show has done in its Friday night run.
In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite drew a 0.20 rating, up 5.3 percent from the previous week. That matched the May 28 Dynamite episode (the Double or Nothing go-home show) for the best number Dynamite has done in the demo on Friday nights.
Year-over-year, Dynamite was down 28.6 percent in viewership and down the exact same percentage in the demo. Of course, that's comparing to a week when Dynamite aired in its regular Wednesday night time slot but was also going head-to-head with NXT.
Dynamite will air on Saturday night this week before returning to Wednesdays next week. The show has been airing out of its normal time slot due to scheduling conflicts with the NBA playoffs.
