As I've said to others before. The Hangman Swerve feud, is what made me a Swerve fan. The work he did during that feud showed me how great he truly is, and I was like "Alright, I get the hype now."

Not exactly a great comeback, Swerve. Hanger is also a former world champion.

I take it back apparently hanger is losing his mind over you being a former world champion.

He was good in MLW and other indies prior to his WWE stuff, but he did kind of get complacent for a minute after WWE, but I think Hanger showed him his passion again.

Babyface Prince Nana is still weird to me, but he’s so awesome with swerve so we’ll ride with it.

I honestly can't wait for you to follow this story arc. Probably the best story AEW has ever told. I'm bias and put Toni/Mariah slightly above it, but like honestly Hangman vs Swerve is classic wrestling storytelling.

Yeah I think if I saw him before WWE, I might have been a fan. Like just the stuff he did there I couldn't sink my teeth into to care about. But I'm glad he finally hooked me in.

I was already a fan of their first program. Which is why I wanted hanger to be the one to defeat swerve for the title so I fully expect to enjoy wherever they’re going with this next.

I do think the build up to Mariah winning the title was probably AEW‘s best executed storyline. But I haven’t seen anything after because this is the night after she won the belt right here.
