Its true, theyve done a good job of muddying the waters. Only thing im somewhat certain of is Punk winning but could be a no contest idk

For sure the most excited I've been for a Dynamite this year and we've had some great ones. Just so rare to see such a massive title match like this on TV, and a unification one at that. Always really wanted to see these two guys face again, and it's so cool being in this environment and how much Moxley has grown since they first really met in FCW and Shield days.

AEW sources indicated to Fightful that Jon Moxley was in favor of the move, and one source even indicated that it was his idea and pitch, and All Elite Wrestling went with it. The same source also said that "eventually CM Punk agreed to it." We haven't learned if this was connected to any of the reported issues with CM Punk last week. Grapsody's Will Washington noted on the air that he'd heard there was an idea in play a few days before to increase ticket sales and add buzz to the Cleveland AEW show. Fightful has reached out to AEW officials, who did not respond when asked for comment on this story.

Ticket sale story seems plausible, it was my first thought myself tbh but I didn't know how that show was selling before the announcement or anything. It being a Moxley pitch potentially makes things even more interesting if that's true

Well in no scenario am I thinking theyre giving away the PPV match either lol until I'm proven wrong (which could happen tonight), I'm assuming whatever the All Out main event plan is actually better and that's the only reason they aren't going with the obvious and very easily booked main event that we're expecting lol and boosting the Cleveland show would have been an extra incentive to convince people of it or something of the sort

Makes me sure Mox wins this and that this was the plan for All Out. They just thought it would be easier to heel Punk up in a place other than Chicago
