yea they added the women's pure so if they can keep it if they really want but unless the roster expands id keep it at 4 belts total

I'd keep World, International, Continental (put International and Continental on one person and call them Inter-Continental Champion for the lols), Tag (or Trios not both), Womens, Womens International or Womens Tag.
