My only issue with Santana specifically in the situation is the falling out originally started because Santana wanted to leave AEW because he didn’t like his booking and Ortiz didn’t want to do that because he liked the money he was getting. So I’m not sure why now Santana thinks AEW is going to book him any better as a single star is beyond me if he didn’t like his booking as a tag team. I guess we’ll see what happens but personally, I’d rather see Ortiz do well as he’s not the one rocking the boat.

I still hope something can be worked out though because I think that there’s a lot of money left on the table and he could always do some thing where, like he could do a singles program for a month and then they can go to a tag team program. There’s no reason you can’t both be a single star and a Tag Team.

fwiw doesn't seem like that is the case any longer and in the interview I watched, he said he was in a really really dark space and it took him quyite some time to get out of it (he only snapped out of it when his daughter asked ''for daddy to get better'' for her christmas present ). So I think from what I can gather all that negative social media posting was more a result of him being depressed af . I think he will get his singles run but I can see them taking their time and making him earn it a bit, too. also, time heals all wounds so even if its not tomorrow, I still gonna hold out for the reunion too.
