It always was but over time it just never got enforced anymore, Japan still does open hands and forearms tho

I remember in like 2002 Bubba Dudley was ref and called a DQ on someone for a closed fist and everyone was like what the fuck but he's like it's in the rules

Kinda like being thrown over the top rope and the tag string

The over the top rope was always just an NWA thing really anyway

I wanna say I've heard before early battle royals it didn't have to be the top rope, if you were out of the ring at all you were out

There’s also the rule about you getting one break up in tag matches that never seems to really be enforced

I always just thought it was a standard 5 count

I thought those were unlmited but there was the 5 or 10 count to leave the ring that's never enforced

Which is usually also overlooked

And you're not supposed to count pins if more than 2 people are in the ring, never happens either
