I remember in like 2002 Bubba Dudley was ref and called a DQ on someone for a closed fist and everyone was like what the fuck but he's like it's in the rules

There’s also the rule about you getting one break up in tag matches that never seems to really be enforced

I thought those were unlmited but there was the 5 or 10 count to leave the ring that's never enforced
