I also don’t think MJF needs to rehash the CM punk storyline. If CM punk was a W in maybe one thing because then they could do some gonna call back and they could run it back or something but I don’t think they need to artificially keep MJS Ron running so they can do that. And I’m also going to say as much as I love Kenny omega I don’t think he needs to be the one to end it.

Don't get me wrong I don't necessarily disagree on the Punk storyline thing. But with regards to Kenny I feel like they been fucking around with him too long. He's the companies top guy and he hasn't really sniffed the Championship in the 2 years since (before tonight did he even challenge for the title I don't think so). They need to remind everyone that Kenny Omega is their top performer and the best way to do it is to put the Worlds Championship on him as a babyface and allow him to be the face of the company.

Trust and believe I love Kenny omega. I do. I think he’s got the capabilities to have another running him but at the same time until 12 days from now, he still currently holds the record for the longest reign of the AEW championship. There is a lot of guys out there who could use a spot on top before we necessarily have to go back and rehash something we’ve already done. Jay White was probably one of the hottest free agent signings that AEW managed to snatch from WWE. I think we should utilize him while Kenny Omega is still running a program with Don Callis, which he doesn’t need the belt for. Kenny could always win the belt at double or nothing or all out next year

kenny was longest ever champ, and missed almost a year after that . then he tried to ease in with trios. then Punk got him suspended. I dont think theyve really had all that much time to build him. right now his story is he can't win the big one anymore and has put over Takeshita twice, Ospreay and now MJF. He just signed a huige multi year deal a few months ago. I think we good. signed: the biggest Omega mark on this board.
