That was a callback to when I said I’d be very Cross if FTR lost the belts after retaining them in one of the greatest tag team matches of all time with bullet club gold. So I’m very happy man.
Everyone was protected too. N ya...mjf SAVED ADAM COLE FROM A SHATTER MACHINE BY SACRIFICING HIMSELF!!! then got rolled up for his troubles. The character development in this feud I'd so compelling. Then Cole telling him it's ok n he loves him :tocry

Honestly I'm just salivating for when the rug is pulled out from under everyone wanting MJF to be the face out of this situation. It'll be just so great and I'll expect great memeable faces in the crowd just like when Miz won the title.

Absolutely. This feud did something for MJF that was so great though. IT strayed away from what everyone complained about with his feuds. He'd put "barriers" up against his opponents like he did with Jericho and then....shit who the hell else was it? But this was a great stray away from that and it just leads up to everyone knowing someone is going to turn on some one at some point but who? Also I think the matches he's had on TV the last few weeks have been a cornucopia of comedy, good storytelling and decent wrestling. Something a lot of people know MJF for, for some damn reason.

I think as much as I understand the domtvwrestke often gimmick, he's too good to tuck away. Such a treat to watch in ring

Yeah, you're not going to get something like Danielson would give you. But I think that's what makes him good though, he knows that and doesn't try to get that from himself.

He got a fucking regular ass bodyslam over and a double clothesline. He's the king of making a ton out of the smallest most basic things.

I think the crazy thing about MJF is how young he really is. Only 27 and one of the highlights in the industry right now. An industry that is on the incline right now.

Which means he gets it.

I’m not Jim Cornette who hates Cruiserweight wrestling, but I do think it’s a lost art form these days to try to get simple and safe things over af.

It's the perfect time to bring it back tbh
I would agree. This isn't me comparing the two overall, cause there will never be another Stone Cold in this industry. But the way the two get things over in their match are pretty similar. Nothing flashy, nothing to involved. Just simplicity and working the crowd and just not over doing things.

For me it's his facials and selling. Everything makes sense with his character. Same with OC. Everything they do make sense
