I think they have that magic energy. I also love Kevin and I think he rules in NJPW. I think his style doesn't work as well for new age american wrestling thats high tempo

I just listened him all g1 and its really good, but its more telling backstories and lore, which is amazing. but I dont think that works for televised high action TV

yeah like I said below, it works really well for NJPW especially with the slower more methodical pace of the g1 especially
