Still no promos outside of a couple backstage interviews though which is still slightly disappointing, but these matches are killing it.

My only other complaint is there probably isn’t a whole lot of emotional investment in the stories for the matches tonight but it is what it is.

I’ll let go my issues with the manner in which Brian Danielson finally won his belt because him winning was the most important part of that story but Tony needs to have the perfect way for his reign to end and Danielson to retire mapped out because you cannot just have anybody end his reign and retire him. You need a heel that you want to put over huge and you need to start building that story like tomorrow.

Same. Like I said, I’ll let go the fact that I would’ve preferred that swerve wasn’t heeling it up for when Danny won the match but I definitely don’t want him to come back and get the heat of retiring Danielson. Just off the top my head the only thing I can think of is maybe they gave MJF another one but this time as a heel but I’d probably still prefer something else.

Shit, maybe hang man. But he’s wrapped up in swerve right now.
