Realistically, the smart thing to do is just go to the designer and say “How much is it going to cost us to avoid litigation?”

Save yourself the time, money and effort that going to court expends.

That is kinda wild on Luchasaurus part.

But if they go to the designer and say let’s wrap all this up and we’ll give you(just making up a number) $2 million. That gives the designer just to accept.

Going to court is expensive and time consuming
