The funny thing is his roster is so stacked realistically he can lose both Elite and Punk and be just fine.

Fans of those particular acts might stop watching, but it won’t be all of them. And Tony would just move prices around. As it is he’s got too much talent. It’ll probably give people much needed elevation on television.

It's weird how it's gone from "WWE has too much talent" to now "AEW has too much talent" :lol

this is where we disagree. AEW is The Elite, and I think if they leave you're losing a lot more than just the people who came back for punk (still like a few 100k tho). if they screw the elite, you risk alienating your entire core fanbase. obviously i an speak for myself as a day 1'er but I dont think it would go over well with the fans or the locker room. plus hhh snaps all of them up. just suicide

I don’t say that as necessarily a bad thing. It keeps your product fresh and able to recover if you have to can your top 4 guys, but yeah, it’s funny. The thing is AEW doesn’t even have a brand split so it’s but funnier.

I do think he needs to slow down a little and since no one debuted at All Out I think he has a little bit.

Random thought....IF it's a work, it's one that is burying the guy writing it.

Tony Khan looks like an idiot regardless, the payoff won't get the attention of what this CM Punk rant got and it also just paints him as a goober who can't run shit.

I agree they made AEW, but outside naming the company after them, it’s bigger than a tag team and the best bout machine. Kenny was talking about retiring recently.

Life for AEW after Elite is coming.

Just right now you do have Danielson who could take a top spot, Adam Cole, MJF, Wardlow, Moxley (gross), maybe even Eddie Kingston and tag team wrestling is no problem. I do agree with the Elite’s entire audience left, it would be a problem, but I don’t think they’d all go. That said, AEW picked up a ton of people that learned the Elite existed through AEW. Those fans will stay around.

Now, I agree HHH taking them would be a hella blow to AEW and whatnot. That would be crazy to see.

Now I’m not saying he should fire the Elite.

Just saying AEW has a massive roster. It’s WCW 1997.
