it all depends on your rep power. your rep power is 7. which means, you can give a maximum of 7 points. giving does not deduct from your rep points...

also, you can only neg rep a member with your rep_power/2.

btw i moved this to hiat cuz it doesn't belong to any of the GFX sections.

showroom is for getting PROPER feedback...ws never asked for any.
requests is for REQUESTING gfx.
warzone is for battles....
