I can hard delete as well. Dunno what the deal with yours is. The problem with the Admin permissions is that unless you are Mark or Mike you can give someone the Admin title and whatnot but only they can grant full access to the permissions.

Yeah, while I was on his acct yesterday cleaning things up I went to delete spam and when it came up it told me I could only soft delete and I was like wtf?

Nope. Luke became admin because I needed someone else present and interested in doing something.
