Big men should never be faces. Seriously, some huge, muscular guy like Sheamus or Batista, and you would consider him a good guy? It just doesn't work.
Sheamus was an over face in FCW

I've seen a couple FCW videos of Sheamus. He wasn't that bad as a face. His casual attire was pretty cool. Too bad he now walks around 24/7 in his wrestling gear.

Sheamus is an extremely talented dude and has a bright future ahead in the WWE.

For one, he has a different look to him, something other than the usual fake tan unnatturally jacked muscle heads who cant wrestle for shit. Sheamus is very good in the ring. He takes bumps like a champ, he dosent look like a rookie at all, he looks like a vet if you ask me. His in ring abilities are far beyond someones who has only had a year or so of experience in the big leagues. Just watch one of his matches and then go and watch someone like Kozlov, Batista, Jackson, any big man, take your choice. You will see how well he moves for his size and just overall how much better he is at telling a story in the ring. Also, he isnt all stiff and slow like the usual big man, he is agile and not stiff at all in the ring, he gets the job done as good as any big man ive seen. He's had some big feuds to start off with with guys like HHH and Orton so im not gonna say that he has proven that he can make a match great on his own but I believe with some time that he will show that he can carry most of the roster to a great match. If the WWE continues to build him up, he will beon top of the WWE, heel or face, for a long time.

He is solid on the ring and in the mic. He has a very unique look about him. He probably was given the belt too soon, but it was a pretty decent run that got him over as a ruthless heel.

Of all the newcomers within the last year or so, he probably has the most promise to become a solid main event heel. He doesn't have as much upside as a DiBiase, but he doesn't have as much risk either.
