I just think it’s awesome that a man of his age who has been done what he has to his body is still able to take bumps. I expect him to show up and maybe have Becky beat him up

I'm hoping it's for being a manager and not some In-Ring match plans
I doubt that Ric ever wants to be a wrestler again. He has a huge passion and love for the business but after seeing Jerry Lawler suffer that heart attack back in 2012, Ric Flair called it quits. Probably out of fear of having the same happen to him during a match.

I do see him doing some 1-off angles for fun where he takes a bump. Maybe something that has to do with Charlotte but who knows, just because he's cleared doesn't mean he's ready to go ape shit lol. The most important thing we can take from this that he's healthy and doing well, which is great but also insane considering who we're talking about

Truly I hope he becomes a GM or Commentator that gets physical every "Now and Then", as far as segments and promos.

But this man has been thru enough Hell. I would hate to see more hell put on him as far as Wrestling a full blown match is concerned.

Who cares? There’s literally 0 reason flair should ever need to bump. He can barely walk and has wrestled for 40 years. He’s done and rightnfully so.

Well Flair got it over and it is kinda funny.

Back in the day the only flair I saw was 1 NWA VHS, his 91/92 run and later in WCW. And watching his NWA stuff now or 89 WCW its nothing really special.

And I started in 88 but AWA/NWA was hard to get hold of in small town NZ, Superstars of Wrestling (WWF) was free, dated tapes were 5 for $5/week to hire. So was WCW in 97. I respect Flair but don't really have any attachment to him. The earlier Rumble match gif, hard to see but that is Texas Tornado IIRC.

The old man will never be out. He is connected to the ring more than anyone in history.

I just met him live last week and he's looking rough in person. It was still exciting to meet him, but he should definitely retire for good.
