I just find it odd since the brands are suppose to be "rivals." and "compete" against the other. Smackdown deserves the viewers, it's been way better than Raw lately.

They are, but they're all also WWE and they're going to promote all WWE events on both brands.

And SmackDown Live is getting better, but I'm not too sold on it yet. Maybe after Backlash.
