Mosh and Thrasher won the tag titles on September 7th 1997 at In Your House: Ground Zero in a four way elimination match against The Godwinns, The Legion of Doom, and The British Bulldog and Owen Hart. They lost the titles to The Godwinns on October 5th 1997 at Badd Blood: In Your House.

Austin and Dude Love

Steve Austin and Dude Love won the tag titles on the July 14th 1997 Raw by defeating Owen Hart and The British Bulldog for the vacant belts. They vacated the titles on September 7th 1997 at In Your House: Ground Zero due to Stone Cold’s Neck Injury.

I guess the two reigns are like apples and oranges. The Austin/Love one did advance each one's characters and made more of an impact than the Bangers ones, than again I always liked the Headbangers off the wall style and felt they worked well as a unit, and then winning the tag titles when they did was a major suprise, so I went with them.
